Cancellation & Changes

The following cancellation fees will be charged for cancellations due to customer convenience.

Cancellation 3 days prior to the experience date: 30% of the experience fee

Cancellation 2 days prior to the experience date: 50% of the experience fee

Cancellation/cancellation 1 day before the experience date: 70% of the experience fee

Cancellation/cancellation/no-show on the day of the experience date: 100% of the experience fee
*Cancellations the day before must be made by 3:00 PM. Cancellations made after this time will be treated as same-day cancellations (100% of the experience fee).
*Cancellations due to flight cancellations or delays, or JR train cancellations or delays, can be rescheduled for the following day or later.
